In 2009 we started the summer group exhibition tradition of inviting a select group of artists and letting each of them pass along an invitation (or two) to artists of their choice. For the past two summers the results have been fantastic - diverse and energetic shows that forge new relationships and are a lot of fun for everyone involved.

For our 2011 summer group exhibition, Plus 1, the core group consists of several artists who have participated in group or solo shows at the gallery in our 2010/2011 season. Each of them has invited one additional artist of their choice to participate. All works will be square, no larger than 12" x 12" and no smaller than 8" x 8."

Sarah Awad, Andrew Baker, Mia Brownell, Karen Chau, Eric Finzi, Kady Grant, Greg Hopkins, Patrick Hruby, Anthony Iacono, Martin Kruck, Noah Landfield, Julia Marchand, Carol May, Jiyoung Park, Marion Peck, Martha Rich, Jean-Pierre Roy, KRK Ryden, Heather Sherman, Sally Sloan, Aaron Smith, Becky Smith, Jonathan Viner, Nagisa Wada, Jeremy Wagner, Carly Waito, Seth Weiner and Brad Woodfin

Running concurrently with Plus 1, in the project room, we will be showing a selection of works by several artists still to be announced.

*Gallery hours during the exhibition are: Tuesday through Friday, noon to 6pm.
